Any and all users, enrollees or participants (collectively “Participant”,“Participants” or “you”) are subject to the academic and administrative policies and procedures of Rochat School of Business, its affiliated entities and direct and indirect subsidiaries (collectively “RSB” or “we”) and the association Sacré Coeur (Switzerland) and/or Promotora de Estudios Profesionales, S.C its affiliated entities, direct and indirect subsidiaries and related companies (collectively “Qualfon”). As well as terms and conditions associated with the participation in any courses, programs, sessions or seminars, or other offerings (collectively referred to as “Programs”) by or through RSB. By the act of registration for any Program, each Participant also agrees and acknowledges to be bound by the policies, terms and conditions of any third party offering any service related to the Programs.

The registration of a Participant will not be accepted until the required documentation is fully integrated; if within the specified period of registration, the requirements are not covered, the Participant will not be considered as a candidate for RSB Programs.

Personal Information

RSB as part of its registration of Participants, registration of candidates, registration of parents or guardians, will collect and process personal identification data, personal contact data, personal academic data, personal data on physical characteristics, sensitive personal data and in some cases labor data.

You acknowledge that the treatment of the aforementioned sensitive personal data is intended for RSB to comply with the obligations derived from the legal relationship RSB has with you. RSB will treat all personal data under strict security measures to the best of our knowledge. In the event of a security breach, RSB cannot provide an absolute guarantee as to the security of any information transmitted through its website or digital properties.

In this way, by providing the necessary personal data related to your family members and / or third parties, you acknowledge having their consent for RSB to treat these to fulfill the primary and necessary purposes indicated in this Notice.

The Programs are currently offered only to actives employees with a minimum seniority of 6 months in the company. If any employee is separated from Qualfon, either voluntarily or involuntarily, access to and participation in any Programs terminates immediately upon separation. You may continue your studies if you wish and cover the cost through the means stipulated in the terms and conditions that apply to the former employees in a regular and registered situation.

The participant acknowledges and accepts that the descriptions of the programs provided by Rochat School of Business, either through Rochat School of Business or through a third party, do not form the basis of any offer or binding agreement between Rochat School of Business and the participant.

The participant must refrain from any claim or demand. The materials and information you find on the RSB website are provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation any warranty for information, services, or products provided through or in connection with the RSB website. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injury caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortious behavior, negligence, or under any other cause of action. You specifically acknowledge that RSB is not liable for any defamatory, offensive, infringing or illegal materials or conduct, or that of third parties contained on the RSB website, and RSB reserves the right to remove such materials from the RSB website without liability.
